Little Saints: Play & Pray Group
A ministry for parents or caregivers and young children ages 0-5 years, that will meet 2 times a month on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 – 10:30am, beginning in September. The group gatherings will include a Bible & saint story/activity followed by playtime for the children with conversation and faith sharing for adults. LEARN MORE
Men’s Coffee Club
A ministry for men in the parish to come together for coffee, conversation and faith sharing (centered around the Sunday Gospel)
The club meet every other Saturday morning from 7:00 – 8:00am, beginning in September. LEARN MORE
Women’s Night of Dessert & Conversation
A ministry for women in the parish to gather for dessert, conversation and faith sharing (no homework or preparation)
The evening will occur one Thursday a month from 7:30 – 8:30pm, beginning in September. LEARN MORE

Playground Meet & Greet
A ministry for families with children, which meets at the Holy Rosary playground for play and fellowship
While children are playing, parents are seeing old friends and making new friends, on several Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

Provide Faith Formation/Enrichment Opportunities for Parents and Parishioners
Our adult formation/enrichment opportunities will provide some gathering events as well as ways for you to enrich your faith online or through retreat experiences in the diocese. The opportunities below are in addition to already occurring things like Bible Studies and Faith Day. Some gathered events will require an RSVP. Family Potluck & Speaker
An opportunity for families to gather on a Friday or Saturday evening 5 times throughout the year for a simple meal followed by speakers on various faith and parenting topics
Holy Rosary will provide the main entrée and families will bring sides and desserts.
Some current topics include: The Rosary; Our Lady of Guadalupe; Eucharist Miracles; Finding new ways to pray as families; and Gospel Living.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: We are looking for a small Planning Committee and people to provide paid childcare.
Marriage Enrichment Program
A ministry opportunity to strengthen Christian Marriage that this will include quarterly gatherings
Online Resources and Tools for Growing a Catholic Family
The site will include ways to explore the Mass, the seasons of the year, strategies for praying as a family and more.
Much of this site will include “curated items,” meaning we find the best of what is already online and bring it to a central place.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: We are looking for people to help us as curators as well as to assist with the technical side.
Steve Angrisano Concert
We're excited to have scheduled a dynamic and energetic Catholic musician and presenter to hold a concert at Holy Rosary in January, 2023, which will be open to everyone.
Scholarships
So that we can encourage more adults to explore Cursillo, a “Short Course on Christianity,” which is offered in the diocese, scholarships have been secured.
We'll have 12 scholarships available for participants in a Cursillo weekend for both English and Spanish men and women.
Family Formation Opportunities
Our family formation events will provide parents and children the opportunity to grow together in faith through prayer, worship, activities and service.
The opportunities below are in addition to already occurring Sacramental Preparation activities for the family. Most events will require an RSVP.

All Saints Trivia Night, Advent Day, Lent Day and a Pentecost Kite Festival
Various event are being planned throughout 2022 and 2023.
The Advent Day & Lent Days will include ways to help your family “live the season” at home as a family.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: We are forming a committee help plan and organized these 4 days.
Movimento Familiar Cristina Católic
A program that our Hispanic ministry began last year which we are planning to support.
Through this program, 4-5 families form a faith group in which they meet and grow family faith together.
This is only offered in Spanish at this time.
Family Camp/Retreat
In June of 2023, we'll host a Family Camp/Retreat.
This event will be an overnight campout with a retreat director from Vancouver, WA.
Family & Youth Service Projects
An important part of this endeavor, which will broaden our community experience in recognizing “Who is our neighbor?” and enhance our ability to reach out and serve our neighbors. We'll connect with the Nativity Food Pantry, Boys & Girls Club, Buddy Ball, Sleep In Heavenly Peace, as well as other organizations and opportunities as they arise. Also, we'll to resurrect our Christmas Caroling adventure from 2019.
