ON A COMPUTER

• Go the website: http://formed.org
• Look at the blue header at the top of the screen for “FIND YOUR PARISH SUBSCRIPTION” and CLICK THE LINK there
  Do NOT Click on the “Formed for Parishes” or “Formed for Individuals” buttons in the center of the screen.
• Click on the “SignUp/Login” in box
• Enter your email & click NEXT.
• Confirm email. Enter first name, last name & phone # (phone is optional).
• Check the box after you read the TERMS.
• Complete the sign up.
• You will now see JOIN YOUR PARISH where you can search for Holy Rosary. 
  Type in Holy Rosary, Evansville, IN
  (If you do not include Evansville, you will get all the Holy Rosary Churches who subscribe to Formed. There are A LOT) 
  Select our parish from the list that shows & click SUBMIT.
• A popup will ask you to set up your password. 
  You may get a CODE sent to your email to create a password. Check the code and enter it on the website. 
  (If you click “Later,” you can set up your password later in the Account Settings menu under "Account Security.")

You should now be on Formed

and can explore the many options. 

ON A MOBILE DEVICE

• Go the website: http://formed.org
• Look for the MENU (3 horizontal lines in the top right corner)
  Do NOT Click on the “Formed for Parishes” buttons
• Click on the “SignUp/Login” button.
• Enter your email & click NEXT.
• Confirm email. Enter first name, last name & phone # (phone is optional).
• Check the box after you read the TERMS.
• Complete the sign up.
• You will now see JOIN YOUR PARISH where you can search for Holy Rosary.

STREAMING OPTIONS

There are Formed apps for

Roku    Apple TV   Amazon Fire

but to use them, you must have a subscription first (using the steps provided).

join through our parish,

your subscription is at NO COST to you.

If you come across a page asking you to pay something or select a plan, avoid that.
